On further investigation, I now believe that my version of Roxio does burn iso files. I will try and boot from the disk and see if it works. When I open it in 7-Zip I see the directories and files. The iso file on the disk is seen in Widows Explorer as a single file. ISO file as the source image file and create a new disc from it that should be usable. I'm not familiar with the Dell edition you have, but if Creator Classic is an option (maybe listed as Data Disc, Advanced) then open that, select File -> Create Disc from Image and see if that is available. ISO file then you indeed "saved" the file to disc, but not into a particularly useable form. ISO file listed, or are there multiple files/folders? If all you see is the single. ISO file was burned properly, when you look at the disc in Windows Explorer, do you see a single.
